Problems such as a dead computer, are resolved with a simple swap out of the existing failed computer, again, in a matter of minutes.
Included in our services is secure remote access, not an additional fee as some providers charge. There is no need to leave your computer on at night, simply access the one server.
Included in our services is complete backup of every single file, email, document and presentation (every single one in the entire organization) and, of course, we can remotely restore a lost or deleted document.
All of this is part of our flat rate service plan, which includes unlimited support calls. Because it is a flat rate plan, we are focused on fixing the problem the first time and not just patching the problem.
